Kuku's specializes in doctor-formulated live probiotic beverages (Kombucha, Milk Kefir, Water Kefir) and active starter cultures created by Dr. Nikitha Reddy.

• Live Ferments: Our beverages contain active, live probiotic cultures. Slight variations in natural carbonation, sediment, taste profile, and shade between small handcrafted batches are standard indicators of authentic fermentation.
• Mandatory Refrigeration: Products must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival (2°C to 6°C). Leaving unopened bottles unrefrigerated causes continued active fermentation, pressure buildup, and souring.

All prices listed on kukusstore.in are expressed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include applicable statutory taxes.

• Payment Authorization: Orders are processed and dispatched only after authorization via our secure Razorpay Payment Gateway.
• No Cash on Delivery: Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of live cold-shipped ferments, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.
• Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify beverage prices without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will never be subject to retroactive price changes.

Our primary delivery footprint operates across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh (including Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati, Warangal, Guntur, and major pin codes).

Customers must provide complete, accurate shipping addresses and ensure an authorized recipient is available to receive cold packages promptly upon delivery.
